Ingredients:
1kg chicken fillet
1/2 tspn pepper
juice of half lemon
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tspn red chilles
1/4 cup butter
Method:
1) melt butter & add all spices and the lemon juice.Marinate the chicken in this.
2) Cook on medium fire or put in cassarole and bake till chicken is lovely red colour.
