Ingredients:
Special pav bhaji bread or buns
2 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon pav-bhaji masala
1 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves (dhania)
1 teaspoon lemon juice

For the Bhaji:

200 grams boiled corn
100 grams paneer (cottage cheese)
½ cup fenugreek (methi)
500 grams pureed tomatoes
2 ½ teaspoon pav-bhaji masala
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 bell pepper
2 teaspoon red chilli powder
4 teaspoon butter
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Cut the bread into 1-2 inch size pieces and roast them with a little oil, pav-bhaji masala, lemon juice and coriander leaves (dhania).
2. Stir fry the chopped bell pepper. After 2 minutes add tomato puree, pav-bhaji masala, salt, red chilli powder and lemon juice. Mix well.
3. After 2 minutes, add boiled corn and fenugreek.
4. Stir well.
5. Add the paneer (cottage cheese).
6. Serve on a plate with the bread pieces on the side
