[ E-mail Egg Chappati roll recipe to a friend ]

Ingredients:
4 chappatis fresh or leftover
2 eggs
2to3 strings of green onion or 1 medium onion finely chopped
1 green chilli or as per taste
salt and pepper as per taste
2 to 3 tsp oil butter
non-stick pan and spatula
Method:
In a small bowl add finely chopped onion , chilli salt , black pepper and egg and mix it thorougly , in non stick pan on low flame put chappatti flat in pan add 2 tsp of egg mixture in middle of chappati and fold chappati from middle like half moon add little oil or butter around it wait for 3 to 4 minutes then turn chappati on other side, press with spatula and see the egg is cooked properly from the sides and serve hot with ketchup. This dish can be prepared with frozen paratha too ,but takes more time too cook.
